Interior Design
Within a year and with a lot of hard work, we transformed an old and shabby fish chalet into a little design masterpiece with enormous potential for more life balance. The chalet is located in the forest of Franché-Conte, France.
Before starting on the interior, the chalet needed a full renovation, including renewing the roof, the subceiling, the walls as well as the floor. It was a unique project for all those involved, and we took advantage of various possibilities to create something very special.
The work is characterized by an interesting mixture of styles: oriental cement tiles in the sitting room, colorful glass stones as lights, bathroom fittings from the belle-époque, and a special color concept, an earthy-brown tone that contrasts with the wood.
